I have an overnight room reservation at the HILTON Knoxville. What do I do?
All reservations made under the conference rate will be automatically canceled with no penalty.
If you believe your hotel reservation was made outside of the Hilton Knoxville room block, you will need to cancel it yourself.
If you do not receive a cancellation notice directly from the Hilton Knoxville by August 17, please contact Sandy Beck at email@example.com
I am registered to attend the conference. What do I do now?
Your conference registration will automatically transfer to the new fall 2021 dates. No further action is required on your part unless you’d like to can your registration (See 3) .
You will receive notice of the new dates via the email address you provided at the time you registered.
You can cancel your registration through the conference portal using the same username and password credentials you used to register. Once there, just enter the info requested and when prompted click on “edit existing registration”.
I am scheduled to be a speaker at this conference. What do I do?
If you reserved a room at the Hilton Knoxville using the conference rate, your reservation will be automatically cancelled for you with no penalty.
If you made a room reservation for yourself outside of the Hilton Knoxville Hilton conference rate, please cancel your reservation.
If you were scheduled to speak, your speaker agreement will be updated for the new dates as soon as they are established.
Your sponsorship will be automatically to the new fall 2021 dates as soon as they are established.
All overnight room reservations made on your behalf by Sandy Beck, Conference Director, as a part of your sponsorship benefits, will be cancelled for you with no penalty. When new fall 2021 dates are established, we will enter into a new room block agreement with a hotel.
